Shipping Policy

Delivery times may vary but we guarantee that goods requiring embroidery and ordered for within the UK will be delivered within 3 weeks of approval. Goods not requiring embroidery will be delivered within 10 days. The delivery service used to get your order to you is dependent on its size, contents and your delivery address.

Returns Policy – Non Faulty Returns

Items that have been embroidered can only be exchanged or refunded if the material or product is faulty. Items can be returned within 14 days, unused, in its original packaging, in a re-saleable condition. We will be happy to refund you in full. Please email info@middlemissembroidery.co.uk for confirmation and allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. Returns should be sent to:

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered, the cost of returning your order will be credited back you.

Faulty Returns
