Shipping Policy

Delivery times may vary but we guarantee that goods requiring embroidery and ordered for within the UK will be delivered within 3 weeks of approval. Goods not requiring embroidery will be delivered within 10 days. The delivery service used to get your order to you is dependent on its size, contents and your delivery address.

Sales Tax

Prices for adult clothing include all embroidery, delivery and VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. Children’s clothing is exempt from VAT, except for XLarge Junior sizes- which incur VAT at the standard rate.

Buying from Middlemiss Embroidery Ltd

All under 18’s should share these terms and conditions with a parent or guardian before completing the registration process. To place an order you must register with the site and confirm that the information you provide us is accurate and up to date.

Stock and Availability

Every effort is made to ensure availability of all products on our website, periods of high demand may mean that some items are temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, an estimated delivery date will be given and we will keep you informed of the progress until delivery.

Every effort is made to ensure that the photography on our website accurately reflects the colours of the items you order. We cannot be held responsible for colour appearing different on different computers.

Personalisation and Embroidery

Your order will not be processed until we receive your full approval of embroidery or printing artwork. The reproduction of logo colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes allow.

Privacy

Middlemiss Embroidery Ltd will never share your email address with third parties. The information you give us will be used to process your order, keep you informed about delivery and send you updates or special offers.

Returns Policy – Non Faulty Returns

Items that have been embroidered can only be exchanged or refunded if the material or product is faulty. Items can be returned within 14 days, unused, in its original packaging, in a re-saleable condition and with a completed returns form. We will be happy to refund you in full. Please email info@middlemissembroidery.co.uk for a returns form and allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. Returns should be sent to:

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered, the cost of returning your order will be credited back you.

Faulty Returns

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will refund the cost of returning them in full. Before returning a faulty item please email info@middlemissembroidery.co.uk or call us on 01835 864043. Returns should be sent to:

Complaints

General

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday and those placed after 12 noon may not be processed until the next working day.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions policy.
